Today marks 15 years since Gabby Giffords was shot at a constituent meeting, in an attack that killed 6 and wounded 13.

I wish there was a wishlist feature in the App Store. I will see apps like Streaks that I am interested in buying but no way of keeping track of them except through a Reminders list of as a text list in the Notes app.

If I were to ever give up on MacBook Pros and switch to PCs, whatever model I would get I would only keep Windows on it for the battery life efficiency. I would install a Linux VM and make that my daily driver.

I cannot emphasize enough how true & real this is.
In almost anywhere on the political spectrum you ID with or major issue, there’s probably a bot/troll operation to encourage your rage and vitriol.
And how/where that rage gets directed, esp understandable rage, is what they are out to influence.

People on this app get really angry every time I point out that social media manipulation is a real phenomenon that we are all stewing in and that’s having real world consequences and I’m sure part of that is engagement farmers who do that manipulation not liking people talking about it
