Is the term "Patriarch" aplicable to any male Arc Dragon, or it only goes to those who lead their own tribe. For example, Thunderfang didn't have a tribe, but due to his position in army you classified him as the "Highest Arc". Does he still counts as Patriarch, or is it only a tribal thing?
