Just a thought. What if a panel of Epstein survivors were appointed to determine what gets screened and redacted 'to protect the victims' instead of DOJ attorneys (as Tood Blanche stated on Meet the Press)?

Apropos of nothing important - it's episode 8. How does the woman on Pluribus still have short hair?

Rebutting a Trump report, study shows U.S. sea-level rise is accelerating

In the absence of anything resembling leadership from our legislature, Walz takes executive action on gun control. No acts of moral courage here - they are quite literally the least we can do. Yet still apt to prompt rabid backlash.
Live: Walz signs executive orders in latest effort to address gun violence
The governor’s push to reform gun laws after the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School hasn’t gained traction in the divided Legislature.

We do not have to live like this.

It is a choice that we, the American People, are making together.

If you’re sick of living fear — at school, at concerts, at places of worship, at movie theaters, parks, supermarkets, and malls, at parties, in traffic, and in your home — speak up.

Demand change.
BREAKING: 2 dead, 8 critically injured in a mass shooting at Brown University during finals.
Suspect still at large. Students sheltering. Families terrified.

How many more? Congress must act now to pass responsible gun safety laws that save lives. No more excuses.💔🇺🇸 #BlueSky #LawSky #NewsSky

We all knew it was happening and saw lists of words rumored to trigger rejections. But this is the first I've seen of an official list of 200+ words to avoid provided BY feds to applicants. (word list is in the embedded doc - an exhibit in the suit - p31-36)

Head Start centers told to avoid 'disability,' 'women' and more in funding requests
New court documents reveal a list of nearly 200 words or phrases the Trump administration told Head Start programs it does not want to see in their funding requests.

Trump Administration Will No Longer Commemorate World AIDS Day

The State Department warned employees not to use government funds for the occasion and to “refrain from publicly promoting World AIDS Day through any communication channels.”

Why did ABC Martha Raddatz spend SO much time trying to make Slotkin ID specific "illegal orders" the video was referring to? They have said that was not the purpose - the intent was to be sure service members know their rights/responsibility to reject illegal orders given the admin's policies.

Tim Kaine talking about how getting an agreement to offset the impacts of the shut down and some of the things the administration was only able to do because of the shut down was reason to vote to end the shut down. Okayyyyy

Just out: new New Jersey state sea-level rise assessment

Under current global emissions trends, New Jersey is likely to experience 1.5-2.5 ft of sea-level rise between 2005 and 2070, 2.2-3.8 ft by 2100 (or 2.2-4.5 ft, considering potential ice-sheet collapse).

She posts the right things - hope she votes the right way.
We do - as one of your constituents in S. Mpls, I hope this post means you will NOT be capitulating to the Rs by voting for this "deal." DO NOT throw the folks who've endured the SNAP debacle or kept neighbors fed under the bus and make it all for nothing by caving on healthcare/ACA affordability

Not-yet-seated AZ rep makes the point all Ds should be making. The Rs had months to negotiate ACA credits before and did not bother. It's bad faith to claim they will post reopening. There's no universe where that happens if the Ds give up the only leverage they have - however poorly they wield it.

Watching JD talk about people "dying of murders" and "violating crimes" all morning. It's almost like he's not a lawyer and doesn't know the most basic legal terms. 🤔 (...before he even gets to the point of advocating violations of the constitution - which he does. Blatantly and frequently.)
