Work email that makes you angry on weekends should not be allowed and yes I do check my work email but sometimes there are legit things I need to know about, including both work and non-work. 😒

At about half way through I'm having PTSD symptoms from being reminded of grad school and how alienated I was by all that French feminism "writing the body" stuff with which I have zero sympathy. 🤨

For me it's the beeping from trucks backing up to make deliveries at the hospital, which starts as early as 6 a.m. And the research shows that the back-up beeping isn't even effective as a safety feature so it's just 100% annoyance.
