I said I’d post more cooking stuff so here’s one of my favorite things to eat - Adai. A vegan lentil and rice crepe that is very low effort. It’s my mom’s recipe and it’s a perfect breakfast or lunch and works great for baby led weaning.

For the custard I added 6 eggs, cinnamon, 90gm sugar, vanilla extract, salt, 225 gm of heavy cream and 225 gm of milk. I didn't have any nutmeg.
