I was just looking the tale back up earlier and:
"I’d never had a referent for the word “slink” for a full grown male before. As in “slink away in utter dejection.”"
So I'm gonna call that a yes on the sewer drain 😆

The best. My favorite is the guy who tried to tell Diane Duane in-person that she was a poser and probably hadn't actually played Privateer 2. And it turned out she was on the way back from her agent and had the docs on her to prove she wrote the damn thing

I was just thinking recently, people with hotmail/aol/yahoo accounts may be feeling pretty smug right about now. Sure, it may be the Werthers Original of email addresses, but at least they're probably not having to deal with 'Our AI now re-phrases your incoming emails for you!' on the weekly >.>;

I was just thinking recently, people with hotmail/aol/yahoo accounts may be feeling pretty smug right about now. Sure, it may be the Werthers Original of email addresses, but at least they're probably not having to deal with 'Our AI now re-phrases your incoming emails for you!' on the weekly >.>;
It's such an odd decision, like...you can get a drag-and-drop website for ridiculously cheap with no tech experience needed, they'll give you restaurant templates and everything, two customer beers a month will pay for it

It's such an odd decision, like...you can get a drag-and-drop website for ridiculously cheap with no tech experience needed, they'll give you restaurant templates and everything, two customer beers a month will pay for it
