Ignoring the immediate local repeatability crisis, how does one actually do that these days? Does one still sum over labeled spans from the system(s) during some (e2e?) test set in the pipeline(s) and give it a plusminus 2% .. 5% (bare metal .. virtual machine jitter) perf target to stay within?

Similar in Finnish: "Lutikka", for bed bug. I suppose for having DIP legs and bleeding the budget dry.

Or if some initial discipline exists, there is a third party addition for automating a lot of the commit sculpting churn.
