I'm currently building the MG Heavyarms and, with just the upper body built, it looks to be around the same size as the RG Nu Gundam (my beloved). Maybe a little bit taller. Either way, smol baby.

Tbf the Sazabi is the prime example of mid-UC gigantism, while Wing's mobile suits tend to be some of the smallest in the franchise (second only to super late UC series like Crossbone or F91) IIRC.

There aren't a ton, despite the fact that they've even publishing them for close to a decade now. Other than one or two of them, they're all set between the first and second movies.

There's a metric fuckload of obscure background info from comics, games, etc. that never gets brought up in the movies. The amount of lore written for pretty much EVERYTHING is insane.

I'll just be happy to have a <$1000 VR headset not made by facebook. I've had a Rift S since before they acquired oculus, and I've refused to upgrade because HTC's headsets are all obscenely expensive.

AFAIK the physiological differences come down to avatars' nervous systems being largely the same as a human's. It's the reason why they have five fingers: the brain of the guy possessing the avatar assumes it has five fingers to work with, and it wouldn't be able to control just the four properly.

Isn't "Na'vi" more cultural than biological anyways? Like, other than having more human-like faces and hands, they're practically identical to the locals.

I believe that spot is called his haunch, not his flank. The flank is the soft, squeezable area right above that one, between the lowest rib and the hip. Other than that, tho:

The mechanical designer for gqux is Ikuto Yamashita, which is why the mobile suits in the series look eva-fied: they were made by one of the designers for Evangelion. With the exception of my beloved Gyan, I'm not that big on the designs either.
I think I blame the CGI more than the designs, tho.
