This is a really good explanation, one that I unfortunately can relate to.
It's omnipresent and often the only way to avoid it is to just stay in a bubble and never leave it. I am lucky that I have a safe bubble that I can live in, not everyone gets that.
But it's still not a great way to live.

I was under the impression that things like that didn't actually work and were largely snakeoil, since most scraped images get denoised prior to being used.
I don't know if these 'tools' are things you have to pay for, but I wouldn't put money down on something like that unless it was proven.

I believe Discord already scrapes data to train their own models. This is just from memory though so I don't know the specifics.
