I'm not gonna name the org or anything, as my goal was to get this framework out there, and I did publish it for free. And it might be complete coincidence. But still, even if it is coincidence, it is just sad to see NTs preaching this type of framework, when autistic leadership is so central to it.

Are you seeking an #actuallyautistic queer panelist for #paxwest to talk about:
-Neurodiversity and TTRPGs
-Using games to build self advocacy skill
-Nonviolent game design
-Getting into applied RPGs as a career
If so, hit me up, things are tight financially but I would love to be at PAX this year!

At the Washington DSHS Community Summit watch party. Glad they found a way to do this event even with the budget shortfall.

Something I occasionally do, when thinking about the narratives and perspectives of autistic children, is to Google "my autistic son/daughter" and look at the autosuggested searches. They're never good. Never "My autistic daughter is creative" "my autistic son loves hugs." Just heartbreaking.

Day 2 of the Access and Functional needs conference. Big takeaways are about the importance of including disabled voices and finding existing community for emergency preparation. Orgs need to prioritize outreach and accessible trainings, & learn to support diverse families, and build plans for kids.

I've been talking with a lot of local providers who are scared that their disability programs are going to be burned to the ground by DOGE, and I tell them this-
This is an uncontained forest fire. But, you have the seeds to replant once the ash is settled.
Also, remember Asimov's Foundation.

Eh, not bad for hitting 40. Something something autistics age slower because we don't go out into the sun and never smile.

At the UW Autism Gala. Fun event, and really appreciate that they have autistic keynote speakers and a quiet room. Makes sense for an autism gala, but still cool to see.
