I was curious, so I looked into it. Vance is for sure a POS, but the image is misleading. The only name change he made himself was the last name "Vance," (his grandmother's last name). The other name changes were done by his mom when he was a child, after his parents' divorce. JD is just a nickname.

My dude, the now deleted comment generalized the kids of Millennials as mostly Gen Z. My point was that they generally aren't. That point still stands. The "nonsense rambling" was saying that I'm not sure which one of us is right about "2nd place," but it isn't particularly relevant to the point.

Saw that on Wikipedia. Of the 2 citations, 1 is broken, and the archive doesn't contain the word "millennial." The other is poorly worded, but acknowledges both Boomer and Millennial parents of GenZ are relatively rare. Regardless, the point was we can't generalize Gen Z the children of Millennials.

Gen Z are typically kids of Gen X or young Boomers.

I worked for one of the largest UI agencies in the US. The program staff, especially frontline reps, endure both heartbreaking and heinous interactions. The CIO at the time encouraged IT staff to do "ride-alongs" with call center staff to understand the experience of both the staff and the public.
