Started as a side project to test out Blender 5.0 features, but then it just kept going! (Berserker at Kings Dominion)

Tools are almost all finished! Now I'm rebuilding Batman: The Ride for the 3rd time, but having a much better time this go round! #Blender

I fixed my support tool and VERY happy with the results! It's also free to download if you want to try it out for yourself. rollygon.com/tools/bm-sup...

Construction has started!! I've spent all year making the tools for this model, now it's time to actually get started building it in #Blender

It's very manual at the moment, but it's coming together nicely!

Any ideas on how to get the z-axis to scale on only one end point of the track/curve? Using #Blender 4.2 Geometry Nodes (with array and curve deform modifier nodes).

Uhhhhh whoops 😅

It's been going well so far. I thought I'd be a bit rusty

I think it's time to get back into #Blender and start building trains again!

PHYSICS TEST! I finally figured out how to make the physics in Blender actually work for this. The sphere is a bit hard to see, but once I get to the train building stage, it's a WRAP!!

*Through gritted teeth* I... can... finish this one. Almost... there! The sooner I can finish this, the sooner I can mess around with adding a train in the future 👀

Today's work on Fahrenheit. I forgot how weird these supports are so this took longer than expected, but progress was made!

Having a blast reviving this project! And excited again to actually finish now that I can build the geometry nodes I need in #Blender way easier now. Just a little bit more to go!

Looking to finish this one! Not much more to do, so not sure why this one fell off.

I’m going to become a web icon animator by the time I finish building this site lol!

I’ve been having a bit too much fun with making this menu icon! It also 100% CSS.

I thought of a new ride concept…but instead of building it, I made this instead! I’m sure I’ll keep iterating it as I build.

Setting up some utility geometry nodes in #Blender that just keep going and going and going and—

Bug fixed! Only needed to add “+1” to a single node, but ended up fixing a ton of things along the way. Now the track is more dynamic.

Fired up my B&M track generator to find this weird spine scaling issue. It’s time to dig through the archives and rebuild what used to work I guess 😅 #Blender

So many WIPs ready to be revived 😳 #Blender
