I've been to 6 arenas for games. I'm not surprised Montreal is ranked first and Ottawa ranked last. In terms of atmosphere, Toronto feels like a funeral parlor. I've seen Raptor games in Toronto and they're fun! Something is wrong with the Leafs.

Woah, not so fast. It's not all Mary Tyler Moore down there. They got some Jerry Lundegaards and Carl Showalters too.

They say, Bob, and he's got a brother named Neil who's a very famous singer. She takes this in. When Bob comes back, she's got a huge smile on her face and she throws out her hand to shake his, and she says, I'm a big fan of your brother's music,so it's a real pleasure to meet you Mr Diamond.

Neil Young's brother Bob drinks in a dive pub called Capt Jack's in the beaches in Toronto. One day Bob is there chatting up a woman who's not from the neighbourhood. After some time chatting, he leaves to go use the toilet. While he's gone, she he asks his friends at the bar, what's his name?

In the 80s, they were absolute crap in the Norris division for years. One night they're down 6-0 after 2 to whoever. They score 2 meaningless goals in the 3rd and lose 6-2. In the morning the Torstar headline was "Leafs turn corner". Good grief Charlie Brown. They lose the next one 7-0.

Yes so many great memories, you can't list them all. This Habs team is going to give us a bunch more! I look forward to reading your articles

I remember the Habs winning the Cup way back in 1965. My fave Habs playoff memories were: upsetting the Orr team in the early 70s, the late 70s dominance, the 93 team and its 11 overtime wins, and the recent 'it was 3-1' series win over the Leafs. The current team has restored hope, joy and promise.

I trust your assessment Grant. You were right about Kapanen and Senneke. Let's see Reinbacher with the big club. If he's ready, and they make a trade, and it's Carrier, they'd be selling high. I trust HuGo whatever they do.

I'm vacationing in the Caribbean. A 60 something American woman says to a Canadian guy: we'll trade you California for Greenland. I can't get this level of stupid out of my mind.
