So fun fact, these two characters were created when my partner and I were first starting out as friends. Now, we're fiancés! ✨ Rust and Vi invented love in 2018 actually.

He has a thick fur coat around his shoulders, into which several broken swords are stabbed to form a sort of lapel or pauldron. Violet stands in front of him, her head only reaching his chest. Her skirts are an assortment of yellow and orange, with an off-the-shoulder white ruffle top. Her red hair is tied into a long ponytail that swoops in front of her in an arc. Rust's eyes are a deep auburn red, Violet's eyes are a misty cerulean blue.

They’re lovers/married! They met when Vi ran away from home and Rust was betrayed by the mercenary company he was raised by. Now they run their own mercenary crew called the Cold Iron Wolves 🐺

Rust and Vi go hand in hand. He's had a design update every year too. It's been a lot harder with him, since he isn't technically my character, but I'd like to think we've reached an understanding.

Rust stands imposingly, looking slight off to the screen's left. He is dressed in blue mercenary armor, with a thick fur cape over his shoulders. Into the fur, several broken swords are stabbed to create a sort of lapel/pauldron on his right shoulder. His forearm and legs are covered in silver armor. Across his waist are layers of orange and red sashes and belts, which hold several smaller blades. A wicked silver longsword hangs from a sheath on his left side.

It’s very surreal haha! This is the very first title I ever worked on and we’ve been at it for years at this point. Don’t think I’ll ever feel this way on anything again!
