For colds: 1 tsp ginger pwdr, 1 tsp turmeric pwdr. Put them in a bit of water, mix, nuke 10~15 secs.
On a mug, 2 tbsp honey, 20 drops Echinacea tincture, the ginger/turmeric paste, squeeze of lemon, + water (about ½ cup) & stir. Drink. THEN answer your bed’s call. Y’all wake up minus the cold.

Agreed. Worst pain in my life. Since then, I compare all aches & pains to my bout with shingles, & all of them pale in comparison.

Actually, the data is skewed because only certain, large enough, businesses are hiring. The rest—mostly small & small-to-medium—are either retrenching, trimming, or straight closing.

Remember, this is Nowhere near the first time the Jewish people have committed genocide, to be sure. Read the Talmud, or Christian version of it. The problem is, there are a lot of states willing to genocide Israel to begin with. We need enlightened clarity, not just unconditional support.

The Republican Party renounced, by Reagan’s time, membership in the Human Family, by embracing cruelty as their superme leader. It needs to either reform within our Constitution, or disappear.

Democracy cannot “return”. We have to make a new one. That’s the only way, for democracies, historically, have lasted 200~250 years, when the very rich people democracy creates decide, by themselves, that they -and only they- are the single power.
