I agree that all those programs are typical of socialist economic policies. The majority of them passed and implemented under Democrat controlled government. That said, Republicans have helped shape the "welfare state" by adding their own oversight and regulations.

Do know that US farmers receive 10s of billions in direct aid each year and sometimes special supplemental aid packages are needed? Have you noticed that Trump has changed up the way we are doing business? Farmers big and small lobbied for this additional funding.
