In spite of AI, you must never give in to apathy, or give up in your practice.
Art contains weight, and it must never be weightless (like AI) as a default. Music carries you, and art is no different. But you must learn to carry it as well.

I will have to go through many old drawings this weekend, from 2018-2020 back when I was in school and throw most of them away. :( I think it’s time and they’re just eating up space.

The biggest shift in my artistic practice was focusing on creating more quantity of sketches, vs spending more time on a single sketch. I’ve been doing this for a few weeks now and just doing minute long gestures repeatedly has helped so much
