I’m afraid I don’t agree Andy. I thought we were creatively awful tonight, tempered by some spirited defending. Newcastle were by far the better team. The penalty was a disgrace but doesn’t change my view on our performance I’m afraid. I think tonight flipped my opinion on Frank. I’ve had enough.

I think you’ve nailed your colours to the mast at this stage Pete. I had rowed in behind Frank until tonight but I’ve realised that I haven’t enjoyed/looked forward to a Spurs game since the Burnley home win. I spend the games typing on my phone whereas before that, it was reserved for ht/ft.

I look forward to seeing that again in perhaps 9 games time….

The only time I felt Spurs fans booing their own player being justified was Ndombele against Morecambe. One nil down and he took an age to leave the pitch when substituted. That to me was an attempt to hurt Spurs. Literally every other time we’ve booed our own players I have strongly disagreed.

That will annoy some fans, but we shouldn't be booing our own players during a game. I don't see other teams doing that.

The best thriller I’ve seen so far was Postecoglu at Spurs. There were two seasons of it but it wasn’t renewed for a third. Strange because the clubs longstanding motto has been ‘to dare is to do’. Turns out when you actually ‘dare to do’, a lot of people don’t like that kind of thrill.
