I think Spinerock tyrant would only be +1 spell not a multiplier. Copying is different from casting. It's still good just not extreme scaling.

As someone who lives in SLC this sounds fake. Every bar I've been to is supportive of queer folks. The bigots in Utah tend not to drink, at least not in public

To give a bit more detailed answer these effects use the same layer (7.b) so whichever ability applied more recently will determine the p/t. If you have made a land 7/7 and then target it with another earthbend it's base p/t will go back to 0/0 until you target it with your giant again
