From Heather Cox Richardson today:
Musk’s turn from DOGE back to AI is revealing not just in providing evidence that his primary interest all along was not in “waste, fraud, and abuse” but in collecting government data about the American people.

Running out of time here. Those of you who watched the Handmaid's Tale, remember what happened when June went to buy a cup of coffee and her card was denied?

The people are doing a better job than our representatives.

I didn't hear him, but I have suggestions, which I've made to my representatives. They need to message better. Letting people think that DOGE is finding fraud and waste with programmers, not accountants, is nuts. RALLY US.

Be loud! This is still a FIRE. Musk and his bandits trying to destroy the CFPB databases. He wants the people to live like pawns and paupers.
February 15, 2025 at 1:39 PM
And so Musk can be in charge? Musk is a criminal.

I heard Chris Murphy explain how Musk could use the computer invasion to cut off payments to people who oppose the Trump administration. Online posts for example. Terrifying.

Anyone think Musk/Trump wouldn't do it? @chrismurphyct.bsky.social

Slow the Senate to a crawl until Musk and his hackers are out of the computers, corrupting data, and putting us all at risk for cyber crimes.

And then, you have to do forensic work to undo everything he's done, removing any backdoors and changes he's made to the codebase.
