I am reminded of Rachel Macksey's video about making a disco ball dress, where she glued a thousand or so mirror pieces onto a dress for just this sort reason, i.e. because it made her crow brain very happy 🪩🐦⬛

I've always thought that verse was also a condemnation of the upper classes vs the working class, like Bert. Upper class men get called "gentleman," but they are so entitled they don't act like what a gentleman is understood to be.
