Unfortunately I don’t have a personal connection, but I can confirm his publisher as Penguin Group, Inc., 375 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014. I also came across (unconfirmed): 1482 E Valley Rd Ste 800, Montecito, California, 93108. No ph# or email.
