SDS drills are a (small) subset of hammer drills. They have a special fitting rather than a normal chuck, and are incompatible with normal cylindrical drill bits.
With rotation disengaged, you've basically got a mini Kango or jackhammer.

Yes I've had this problem twice recently. The cheap cast alloy cam breaks.
You need to find or make a suitable tool to hook behind the bolt and pull it towards you.
The bolt is spring loaded.
Fortunately it looks like you've got plenty of space above & below the bolt.
