One of the lessons learned is “it’s better to ask for forgiveness, than for permission”. Musk and a trump will continue to do what they’re doing with little repercussion or enforcement. Worst-case? Trump pardons Musk (and even himself). This risk is very low for them. That’s the crux of the problem.

I decided to ignore them and just wait until tomorrow. I recall that last time around there was an entire industry built around fretting about Trump’s actions and it’s just bad for your mental health to fixate on potential actions.
