This guy has been hanging out in my yard for about ten days.I took him to the vet and he wasn’t microchipped. He lives here now.
This is my orange and white longhaired cat Sunny. He was a stray hanging around my yard till I took him to the vet to check for a microchip. No chip means he now lives with me. He is surrounded by fleecy blankets as he waits for the snow.

This beautiful cat has been hanging around for a few days. He is clearly not feral. He looks cared for.Yesterday he let me pick him up. I haven’t seen any signs about a lost cat, and haven’t gotten a home again notification about a lost cat in my area. I don’t want to just take him to a shelter.
