I think I do okay at building from time to time
A screenshot from the game Minecraft, using a shader pack. There is a light fog covering the whole screenshot, and a long wooden bridge connects a Nether Portal to something off screen. As the wooden bridge approaches the portal, the colour gets bleached out of it and eventually it crystallises. The portal itself is contained within a stone brick and quartz containment device, although the quartz support at the bottom has shattered and the amethyst used to contain the portal's energies is missing. The whole portal structure sits on an island sticking up out of the sea, inside a crescent moon shape.

It's been so gloomy all day...

This is from Bulbapedia on tbe obedience page, so in Emerald it only applies to traded pokémon anyway, and even in games where it's not just trades it only depends on the level you meet it at

In pokemon legends: arceus and pokemon scarlet and violet, this applies even to nom-outsider pokemon, but it is based on the level the pokemon was met at when caught (as displayed in the summary screen) rather than its current level. This prevents a pokemon from suddenly becoming disobedient once it exceeds a player's current obedience level, as long as it was caught at or below that level. In pokemon scarlet and violet, if a pokemon was received in a trade, the level at which it was traded instead is treated as the met level for obedience purposes. Prior to version 1.2.0 of pokemon scarlet and violet, due to a bug, this would apply even if traded back to its original trainer.
