Still struggling to understand this.
And now? Enjoyment in watching the shredding of the constitution, democracy being destroyed? Or not noticing the crisis until their own jobs, health care and retirement savings are gone?

Trump is small and ignorant, his blustery support of his fragile ego shows off the depth of his incompetence and lack of knowledge. For him, education and all things that require education like science, medicine, health - have to be destroyed so he doesn't look bad. Ultimate sociopath.

It is human trafficking.
Totally agree with this. Flying a person to a third country that they may never have been to, directly into a prison where they are going to be forced to do hard labor, is not a deportation; it's something else entirely.
@washingtonpost.com They were not DEPORTED. Deported means sending them back to their country of origin. These people were sent to a maximum security prison in El Salvador, without any due process or any analysis as to whether they feared harm in El Salvador!

Energy Sec. Wright says climate change is a “side effect of building the modern world.”
He's heard nothing re the global climate chaos happening now. Seen nothing on energy in ages, says clean energy is impossible and too expensive.
It's critical for survival and proven less expensive.
Ask Texas.

What is MI House Speaker Hall's problem? Seems incapable of leading the House to create a budget draft. The law says the final negotiated budget is due by July 1. We've succeeded in this in both Dem and Republican led years. Speaker Hall, its time to stop jabbering to the press and get to work!

Trump, small and fearful, is opposed to all science. He even appears to hate weather!

It shouldn’t have taken a lawsuit for nine bills, passed by both the Michigan House and the Michigan Senate, to be sent to the governor. www.cbsnews.com/detroit/news...
Michigan Judge rules nine stalled bills should have been sent to Gov. Whitmer's desk
A Michigan judge ruled on Thursday that the state House had the legal requirement to send the nine stalled bills to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's desk but stopped at forcing the House to present them.

Proud of leading firearm safety laws enacted in MI in '23. One of my first bills was for extreme risk protection orders, particularly impactful for suicide prevention. In 2024, 300 people in MI had firearms placed safely out of reach for harm to themselves or others.
