Dems last controlled the Supreme Court May 14, 1969, the day Abe Fortas retired under pressure from Nixon’s DOJ. The last time a Democratic president appointed the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court was 1946. The Senate Democrats fail America.
Despite ~octogenarian pre-embalmed Dick Durbin’s quisling approach, the Senate Democrats kept him as the number two, proving yet again, the biggest impediment to progressive policy the last 50 years hasn’t been the GOP so much as it has been the unbravery of softball playing Senate Democrats.

7th Circuit covers IL, WI, IN. They literally shit in Dick Durbin’s face and stole two seats on his 7th Circuit & that pathetic, useless, flaccid fossil did absolutely nothing about it. Those two thefts created a Republican majority on the 7th.
