It's so easy to navigate cities now that most have simple contactless payments for public transport.

Meanwhile, Paris:
The title of a page on the Ile-de-France Mobilités website, claiming that the ticket system is easy. The matrix describing which pass supports which type of ticket, which is almost comically complex.

They've built a new two lane(!) road to access one electricity pylon. Of course the cycle lane gives up entirely to accommodate this and cyclists have to give way to the any vehicle that might be using it to carry out maintenance on this pylon

Rust is type-safe. TypeScript is (fairly) type-safe. So that means no weird exceptions when you mix the two, right?
