Products from fossil fuels to factory foods contribute to rising rates of chronic diseases like cancer, diabetes and Parkinson’s. Obesity started increasing ca. 1985. Now 75% of us are overweight/obese. Something happened in the environment. It’s not like everybody lost their willpower at once.
