One desperation trick that worked for me a couple of times was mixing powdered pill into tuna juice and rubbing it into patches of her fur so she’d have to wash it out. Since then she’s randomly accepted ground pill in a saucer of gravy style food. I feel your argh.

I have the same as you except for Epic Heroes and I’m curious to know what that includes? I’d guess a healthier balance of Marvel/DC than I’ve achieved but I know Letterboxd is sometimes creative with its categorisation.
