There was a point where I couldn't get into contact with anyone there for 8 ish months and was without T for the entire time 🥹 this was 2024, I had to make an appointment with a different provider in a diff county and they told me they switched to ai and it's been blocking patients numbers 😬

Save yourself the headache and go with literally anyone else I beg. I've been going thru PP my entire transition. They're so overbooked they often just never return calls or cancel appointments literally last minute. It might be better where u live but it's been a nightmare here and I dont recommend
