But now, Doflamingo is wide awake regardless. A travesty if he's ever known one. Forget his "crimes," it should be illegal to start the day before eleven in the morning-better yet, noon. "Go away, Vergo, or make yourself useful," he demands, rolling onto his back and throwing his arms behind his head in a relaxed recline, morning wood tenting the sheet slipping low on his hips. A lazy, suggestive grin curls over his lips. Vergo sighs. His assistant takes three halting steps forward, then slides into a seat on the edge of the bed, back facing Doflamingo. "Today, Vergo," Doflamingo suggests with a long-suffering sigh. "You did this to me, you take care of it When it is done, when the static fades from his mind and his eyes clear, Doflamingo pushes himself into a seat against his headboard, watching beneath heavy lids as Vergo pulls a handkerchief from his pocket, attending to the mess in his palm. He sucks a hissing breath through his teeth as his assistant rubs the clean side gently over his softening cock. He's hard, Doflamingo notes. He chuckles. "You'd better take care of that before glam gets here, then, " he teases, jabbing his chin in the direction of the man's dick. Just to let him know he's seen it. "Sir," Vergo replies, voice amusingly tight. He rises and tucks the handkerchief away. Brown eyes shutter closed for a moment and Vergo breathes, then turns away, stiffly ferrying his erection towards Doflamingo's bedroom door. He passes beyond it, then turns to look over his shoulder. "Twenty-five minutes," he says curtly. Doflamingo waves.

Aside from stilted conversation and neutral questions that needed timely answers, they haven't spoken. Yes, the chicken was a little dry. No, Zoro's not planning to use the shower, Sanji can go ahead. Sanji lay wide awake beside him all night. Zoro knows because he was awake too. Though he kept his eye closed, he could feel it in Sanji's breathing, the way he would shift every so often as though he was dying to roll to his other side-but he never did. Presumably because he might accidentally encounter Zoro if he had. A far cry from the comforting tangle of limbs they fell asleep in the night before. How, Zoro wonders, could he already be so physiologically attached to sleeping with Sanji that he can't seem to without him?

Oooh!! What a fun question! I tend to use almost everything I write but I do have Sanji’s Chaos Breakfast that never made it into Brûlée for (I think) pacing reasons
Sanji had nearly forgotten who he was making breakfast for by the time Doflamingo's lanky figure appeared in his periphery, scaring the everloving shit out of him. "Doffy! Fuck!" Sanji wheezes, setting his spatula down on the ceramic rest, clutching his hand over his heart, fumbling for his phone to turn his music off. "Good morning to you too, little chef," Doflamingo replies, tilting his head quizzically as he takes in the scene before him. "This isn't your standard fare." It isn't. Sanji made a breakfast fit for a roadside diner. Two of them, actually. A short stack of cornmeal pancakes, two eggs and four strips of bacon each, complete with two slices of heavily buttered bread. "It'll stick to your ribs," Sanji says with a shrug, like that'll satisfy the man's curiosity. To his surprise, Doflamingo doesn't press. He merely shrugs in turn and grabs his paper, heading out towards the veranda. "While you're at it, you might as well pour yourself a coffee and bring a second place setting out."
