I had a phase where I actively wanted to abandon doing art out of frustration, I went back to drawing not even a month after.

At some point you just gain that intuitive understanding of what goes where, like most things art related.

To put it short - if you wanna draw curvy and big, then start drawing them! Can only get good if you actually draw the curves! You're already skilled as hell so you can grasp a new body type

Honestly the fun part of it is basically just figuring out the physics of the masses and good shape design for it. There is like some actual practical knowledge to be gained from studying how fat actually gets accumulated in specific parts of the body..

I've been getting slightly better at watercolors on traditional side of things. If I could mail physical work to people I'd probably consider doing traditional commissions.
