A tell-tale sign of a chip's quality is the oil used. We insist on expeller pressed, high oleic sunflower oil: It tastes great on chips and is non-GMO. Being "high oleic" means it contains mostly healthy Omega-9 fats: the same monounsaturated fat found in olive oil, just without the olive taste.
