Which means that you should be able to attach live computation as well, so that you can dig into analysis in a reproducible way.

Where we *should* be getting to is linking 1.5 TB files as supplemental info and having those be in a hover.

Also .. very possible today.

Thinking about how to improve metadata on top of a paper that already exists...

Abbreviations can probably be auto populated. What other information can we pull in to make richer links and reading experiences?

So many attention to details in the SciPy Proceedings (@scipyconf.bsky.social), including showing hover-previews of GitHub pull requests. Probably not too many journal articles that do that .. !
