Progressive Marxist. I'm not a Leninist, but I don't reject him entirely either.

I will not attempt to moderate my posts and likes to be safe for work. Minors Do Not Interact.

I'm referring to the article, where it said X could be banned in Europe.

That would be really funny. Seeing Elon Musk falter and fail will never not be entertaining.

I agree with that last sentence both ways. That's why I wouldn't vote for Labour, even if they say they are the only defence against Reform. Voters are tired of voting against things; it's time to start voting for hope. Right now, that's the Green Party.

"Hey England, you liked colonization, right? Well guess what? We're rewarding you by turning you into an American colony!" - America in 2026.

If he actually does this, I would be convinced I'm living in some kind of bizarre comedy movie that's hyperbolically making fun of the actual president in the real world.

I imagine it’s odd when you intentionally limit your imagination.

Strange that people never learn. So many historical examples of people being on the wrong side, and people still join the latest bigoted craze. Black women in bathrooms during segregation, gay people in bathrooms in the 80-90s, and now trans women. Segregation has never proved the victor.

Spooky scary trans women, send shivers down your spine.

Those trans women being kicked out of the Labour conference are being done a favour. They should join a respectable party like the greens.

So when Biden was giving billions of dollars to the Saudis and Israelis to help them exterminate the Yemeni/Palestinians, was it not a life and death matter then? Or where those lesser people whose lives didn’t matter?

You mentioned Reagan before, and you were right to. Reagan was the beginning of the massive and sustained plunge into imperial neoliberal capitalism.

The last time the US has some semblance of leadership in the free world was during the Bretton Woods system, and even then it was a compromise with freedom rather than fully embracing it. Since neoliberalism, there has been no freedom in America or its colonies.

When was the US part of the free world?
December 4, 2025 at 4:44 PM
As the US leads, much of the West follows. This is especially true in the UK. But even without the UK's toadyism, the US has massive power through their GDP, which gives it a disproportionate amount of power in global financial institutions. Basically, America is the source of woe.

Russia may have something to do with it, but domestic news sources are also largely responsible. Many of them are owned by American billionaires who push for glowing coverage of Farage and practically no positive coverage of the Green Party or other left alternatives.

I'm sure they will do a great job, too, just like how they undid the Patriot Act and all the other heinous policies the Republicans put in place.

The ratchet remains in place.

The philosophy behind 'Your Party' is a bit alienating. Democracy as a value has been put before all other considerations, including decency and left-wing values in general.

The strategy seems to be -

Yes, I agree with that. I was trying to make a point about how this fact is not a given to this party, apparently.
