Those “things” huddled together are not actually people in the eyes of racists. You see they may look like real people, but they aren’t. The only real people are white cis/het people. The lesser races should know their place and are granted humanity by the whites and it can be taken away at a whim.

I am so thankful to a friend in high school that spoke to me like a fellow human about my sexuality and not fed “god don’t make gay people” line. I had such influential people outside my family keep me on a good path.

Exactly. We do not break bread with fascists. If you don’t like being an outcast from the community grow as a human. It’s that simple. But some folks are hard pressed to evolve.

I thought I was loved by my family. Then I talked back one time to an act of violence, my cousin pushing my grandmother out the way, and got met with “shut up F*ggot”. Literally the moment I realized I wasn’t a Marine, or biologist, or Team USA athlete, I was a f*ggot first. Good riddance to them.

Political beliefs are not a protected class. So I think calling out Nazi’s is what everyone should do. Nazi’s don’t deserve to be allowed to participate in society.

I don’t do free weight tricep exercises. I usually do either machines or cables. I know that’s not a huge help. But I always hurt joints with tricep free weights. Your triceps can take a beating. So 10set of 10 for cable tricep extension with a rope as a finisher for the day may be a good addition.
