In 2019 I stayed with a lovely couple in Pacific Palisades. 1 day in, the Getty Fire broke out & evacs were ordered. They looked after me & thankfully their home avoided the worst. Looking at the scale of the fires & the area impacted I don’t think they’ve been lucky this time. Hoping they’re safe…
