Nigel Farage won't apologise for his history of racism because "if he apologised, he would be turning to his own support base and saying, ‘You’re all guilty too,'" a Reform source tells the Times.

So essentially he was a racist and he believes his supporters are racists too

America believed its own hype sadly when the real stuff behind its rise has gone or is going. Too many trashy movies now outweigh the good , now too much trash food that’ll kill you, now too much money to too few, too many guns, too big to let its self fail and under this loon it will eat itself .

How did the USA become so so lost in its own mad psychodrama ? Listening to the utter drivel, bollocks and madness on the radio and watching social…I’m really past caring .. I feel it’s going to eat itself alive ..: bye bye Uncle Sam .

I am glad I saw Megalopolis after all the good and bad reviews.. and talk. I think in time Coppola’s commentary on our time with references drawn for the classics both in cinema and history will sit well . It’s not the urgent masterpiece of his earlier works but it is a very powerful last word on us

Really don’t rate the streamers much other than Apple just now. So much junk and rubbish on Amazon Prime and Netflix these days ! Loving Mubi though !

Hostages on Netflix … I feel sorry for the acting talent in the this awful political thriller . Acting their socks off but what an absolute lot of political tosh . It’s such a shame .

Amazed it took 40 years to reach this conclusion. It was obvious in the 80s, if you bothered to look.

Thatcher used the working-classes' own money to bribe them into voting to destroy their futures, and the Tories have been worshipping her for it ever since.

It’s almost as if genocide is facile these days … much like autocracy and all the rubbish we are fed to keep us quiet and let the tech oligarchs run amok. It too often feels like we might as well party into the apocalypse rather than try and to stop it.

You don’t need to watch ‘Gaza: Doctors Under Attack’ to know the scale of Israel’s war crimes and genocide. Sadly this genocide has wiped any empathy I have for the State and its leaders. Lou de Laage is equally brilliant in ‘Etoile’ . If you like comedy and ballet. Odd mix perhaps but it’s telling and very funny . I had dancers in the family so maybe that’s why I get it more than others .
