We visited Cerritos Beach in Mexico that was beautiful like this. I play it on our big screen tv when I get tired of the 2 feet of snow outside.

She posted exactly what I was thinking but stated it far more eloquently. I just know not one single medical show since tv was invented has had a patient with internal bleeding to the torso.

This happens with poor training combined with complete ignorance about the potential lethality of so-called “non-lethal” forms of crowd control. Not to mention the sketchy resumes of many of these guys. ICE and Border Control have never had responsibility to deal with protesters - and it shows.

As a retired nurse, all I can say is that is a very dangerous thing. I am sure there is an evidence-based study out there to confirm this finding.

Would this argument provide a legal basis for an appeal to the courts that the Insurrection Act was used in contravention of the Constitution which stipulates when it can be invoked?

Remember Chris. It is not just a war with Europe. Your northern neighbour Canada is a member of NATO. And if there is a war with NATO, it will be the USA who instigated it and be responsible for all the havoc of war.

I only noted yesterday that, upon close inspection, he had what appears to be a cell phone in his left hand when he shot her with his gun in his right hand. This picture looks like he is still holding it. Why?

The Republicans control the House and the Senate. Until they have a realistic chance of getting the needed votes, Trump can continue to do what he wants unchecked. Both of his first term impeachments, when the Dems held the House, didn’t fly in the Senate. The second was for a violent insurrection!

So I guess the USA doesn’t need to worry about pesky things like extradition treaties. Just go in and grab anyone, anywhere.
