Breaking a bad habit is never easy. You’re probably not going to succeed the first time around. It could take days, a week, years, and buckets of frustrated tears before you get there. You have to keep striving to get better and continue striving to better yourself.

😂 Being put on hold for 30 mins was never a bad time when we got speakerphone and put a recliner by the phone. 🤣 Opus Number 1 goes hard

I hope that taking it easy (if taking anything for it is counterproductive) helps. Maybe taking it slow with a show/movie?
