We can simultaneously acknowledge that our society is a plutocracy that perpetuates propaganda, that Republicans were duped into voting against their interests, and that they voted because of their bigotry.
They're both the perpetrator and the victim. One being true doesn't delegitimize the other.

There is genuine concern that plainly blaming the rich can be perceived as absolving Republicans from their actions or beliefs, but you have to also admit that they're also constantly being misled and insulated from the truth about whose actually making their life harder.

Sure. Though, I'd say the ignorance about what people are really voting for AND the racism/misogyny are the problem, both being perpetuated by propaganda.
