Gem.coop is a new server for sourcing Ruby gems. I switched because Ruby Central's actions left me feeling uncomfortable. Supporting the folk who are doing the work rather than, whatever Ruby Central does, feels better and better aligns with my values.

Spotify is crashing HARD because of the boycott. Their stock dropped 11% in value over the last month. Let’s keep this going!
Tell everyone you know to boycott Spotify. There are plenty of alternatives that don’t run ICE advertisements and screw over artists.

Spotify is crashing HARD because of the boycott. Their stock dropped 11% in value over the last month. Let’s keep this going!

kind of annoys me when people use the aesthetics of graffiti to show they're edgy and cool while also calling for more punitive laws, which punish the graffiti artists who give that aesthetic its cultural meaning

Excellent review of Omarchy. I admit I was falling for the hype but after running it for a few days I just, didn't care for it. This article breaks it down and explains all of the little ways that Omarchy is just not that good. Just install Arch and customize
