This statement is farce right? Weimar republic paved the way for the nazi regime. 1918-1933, fifteen years of steady decay. She is paying dearly for all that presence. I fell bad for her and without her mom she may have lost the only true non-transactional connection she had in this world. I think i will add her to my prayers.

Don’t worry. When the crazy trump bill kicks in more, nursing homes close. Mom is coming home, tell kids they have to bunk together and share a bathroom with a 90. They will find the grab bars and chair in the shower great for shaving legs. Medicare will cover about 40% of care till they die.ouch!

Its like that really icky table of boys in the high school cafeteria. In the 1950s they were bullied. 1960s they went to college or dropped out. 1970s was the fork in the road. They either played with daddys money, or sat in garages in San Mateo. Then came tech. Big money. Big power. Big problems.

Seems that somewhere along our evolutionary history we learned that what we look like is immensely more important than what we really are. The nexus point of our reality is death. The actions of few seem to be sending many over that brink. I wonder if any consequences are attached to that activity?
