$37k in Kickstarter funds raised in 2024. Much of it went to freelancers (yay), printing costs, fees and upcoming taxes. Gary's Appendix is clearly the strongest title. As a part time publisher effort, cost and reward are on my mind. What should I do different for 2025? What will I do different?

Can I get eleven projects to Kickstarter in 2025? Probably not, but is doable unless we have a mild winter and I spent too much time playing disc golf. :D
