I believe it's at least a sign of "you don't need to drink more water right now." You'd have to drink extreme amounts of water to be *harmed* by it (though it is possible), but clear urine means you're sufficiently hydrated for at least the next few hours, unless you end up sweating heavily.

I do think one issue that could've massively improved our current situation is earlier and heavier regulation on algorithmic social media. Idk if Gore changes that, as it really took off under Obama to begin with, but I think content rec algos are a huge enabler of online radicalization pipelines.
