Well exactly. I guess with buildings you can experiment on the model with environmental retrofit etc., but the amount of work involved in a full model vs calculations and common sense seems ridiculous.

Always bemused by the building digitisation conservation folk myself. Seems like easy money for ever expanding technical work, neither research nor conservation.

I did the entire Spanish course on Duolingo and while it's nice to be able to understand it, I still have absolutely no ability to speak it. Makes a good starting point, potentially, no more than that.
