I guess I'm confused. Shouldn't they qualify for medicare? Or are they less than 65? Sounds like they need a job with benefits until they are 65. I hate that they want to retire and cannot.

That's my point exactly. No state crime to charge them with for crimes committed in the federal administration. Think admitting wrongdoing to get a pardon does anything? Ask the pardoned J6ers how they're holding up admitting that they're guilty.

If only it were to come to pass. Alas, I have no hope for that. Even if Trump leaves office, he's pardoning his entire administration on the way out and then there's nothing to be done. State charges? Highly unlikely to stick for federal crimes. They are getting away with it.

This is the exact playbook in Florida. Has been for over 25 years. It's totally working for them too. Mandates to no gerrymander at state and federal elections, mandates to restore voting rights? Just ignored. Can't fix it. Fla. Sup. Ct. is rigged. Even with a 15pt swing this time, still rigged.

TBH, I don't know why every POTUS won't just do this from now on with their administrations on their last day. All sorts of reforms will be needed after trump. Cont Conv for new amendments needed.
