So my husband got a new job, and after being remote for years, he is going to be back in the office. The problem is, that now he needs a car to commute.

Alone tonight, so I decided to make myself a fancy meal for one. Not the easiest thing to do, but turned out pretty great.

It’s been ungodly hot out this week (and the heat is just getting started) but also the summer produce is here and I’ve been taking advantage.

Packing for some travel and it prompted to finally put shit away in my bedroom, including putting away all my earrings (previously strewn across the top of my dresser).
Now they are (almost) all put away (because I ran out of space) and they look so pretty so I have to show them off.

We’ve had this coloring book with especially zany images to color since my daughter was a toddler, and just today I realized that it has one of cats, in what are clearly Starfleet uniforms, on the Enterprise D bridge, so of course we had to color it.
